Data Deletion Instructions

Maybis Web Design (“we”, “us”) operates the MWD Agent app, which connects to our Instagram business account (@maybiswebdesign) to read and reply to comments and direct messages sent to us.

What data we may store
When you comment on our posts or message us on Instagram, we may process your Instagram username, your user ID, and the content of your comment or message. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your inquiries about our services and courses. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

How to request deletion of your data
You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you at any time:

1. Send an email to maybis89@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include your Instagram username so we can identify your data.

We will confirm receipt of your request and delete your data within 30 days. Once it is deleted, we will send you a confirmation.

Removing app access
If you interacted with our app through Instagram, you can also remove its access at any time from your Instagram account: Settings → Apps and websites.
